Good evening,
This is a good outline. I like how your plan uses a hook to get stakeholders interested and engaged. That tactic will give them a mental image of how beneficial such a plan will be for the students as well as boost potential buy-in for the plan. Meeting with other schools and exploring how they have implemented the plan—the pros and cons—is another great strategy that allows you to be proactive and account for any pit falls.
I like how you’re living up to your moniker “Joyful Duplisea” and bringing joy to the implementation with the use of the Amazing iPad Race and taking photos/videos/reflections from educators.
